West Pelican Investments is a Namibian company founded in 2020, by personnel with vast experience across different subsectors of Namibia's maritime industries, with the objective of providing highly trained marine observers, environmental and high technological solution to maritime industries.

10 years of offshore experience working on Research, Maritime and Seismic vessels as a Marine Fauna observer and scientific researcher, in Namibia and South Africa. Knowledgeable about blue economy and maritime affairs. A certified trainer, training over 200 personnel in the fishing industry regarding mitigating environmental impacts
